Processes and Governance

In accordance with the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2025), Bellberry Limited is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and transparency in research.

Waiver of Consent Study List

Under the National Statement, HRECs are required to make publicly available a list of research projects for which a waiver of consent has been granted. This promotes transparency and accountability by providing visibility of research conducted without individual participant consent, where this has been ethically justified.

A waiver of consent may be approved only where seeking consent is impracticable and the research meets the relevant ethical requirements of the National Statement, including respect for persons, beneficence, and justice.
